Refund Policy

While purchasing any course on VITyarthi you agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.

VITyarthi’s refund policy is as below:

Duplicate and Failed Payment

In case your payment instrument has been charged and purchase was not successful, your money will be returned to the original mode of payment within 7 days.

In case of duplicate payment for any course, you can write to us at admin@vityarthi.com, upon verification your payment will be refunded to original source of payment within 15 working days.

For purchased courses

Refund or cancellation request can only be raised by writing an email to the admin@vityarthi.com. VITyarthi reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All the refunds will be processed within 15 days after the refund has been approved by VITyarthi team.

For a refund to be approved the following conditions must be met.

1. You must request for the cancellation of order within 24 hours of the purchase.
2. You should not have started the course for the order to be cancelled.
3. You should not have downloaded any learning material.

After the successful cancellation of the order all the study material and course material will be removed from your account.
